KDU Classroom Experience Part 1.

Tuesday, I went for the KDU Classroom Experience in Damansara. My second time to KDU, first time was standard 6's seminar. So I kinda forget how it's like there already. But it was fun, I had a lot of fun there.

I was kinda nervous at first, I went with Sock Kwan. My brother sent us there, when we arrive, we saw the counter at the main entrance. We got registered by two girls, they both very friendly and helpful. We was told that we were early so we went around the building.

Finally, we got back just in time for our Principle of Marketing class, there were 6 students there for the classroom experience. The teacher was talking about the recent test they took, she discussing about the questions that marjorarity got wrong, so it was kinda boring because we have no idea what she is talking about. But later, she talk about some marketing skills and stuff, I manage to absorb with my half awake brain. And Sock Kwan and me can answer few questions she teached the class, so we still learn something. (:

Class ended and it's lunch time, I must say that they have various kind of food there, and it is so delicious compared to my school canteen's food. The place is very clean and tidy, they have all kind of deserts and cakes too. Yums :p I got my noodles and Sock Kwan got her chicken chop which cost only RM7? I know it's cheap right?

Next class was Bakery because we wanted to try something else, so we skipped Management Accounting. Our teacher is Mr. Raymond, which is a very experienced chef, he's a student at KDU and he went few places around to world to work & even cooked dishes for famous people. He is very friendly and have a good sense of humour. He made us introduce ourselves so that we know each other more. Our mission for the day is baking wholemeal bread. I finally got chance for photo session.

After pouring the flour and other ingredients into the mixture, he explain to us the differences between different kind of flours. And he even teach us how to test the bread. Later, we start measure the dough. We all have fun, we take turns to cut and measure.

After that, we start make them into shapes. And we put it into the fermenting box for fermentation of yeast. We got 20 minutes break so we went out for tea break.

Class ended and we went to the library to wait for my aunt to come fetch us. It is freezing cool inside there, I read a few books about Photography. They have quite a lot of books there (: Sock Kwan gone crazy because she got her maths book.

Overall, the classroom experience was great. I learned a lot from the classes I attend. I'm looking forward for the high impact web design and marketing since I love web designing a lot ♥ !
